STANDARD CHAIR COVER SIZES A1 Balloons 2 Gosing offer a range of 9 standard sizes designed to fit 97% of of standard chairs found in the UK. HOW TO SELECT YOUR SIZE Measure at the longest point, and use a tape measure to follow the curve of the chair at the back. Measure the four dimensions as detailed below. in the table below. This table shows in centimetres the maximum chair measurement that each of the chair covers (small, medium, large) will fit. SQUARE & ROUND BACK CHAIRS The Small, Medium, and Large chair cover sizes are available in both Square and Round Back versions. Square back chairs (which often have slightly rounded corners) are like the example on the right below although the back shape may vary considerably. Round back chair covers are for chairs with a distinctly round back like the one seen on the left below. HINT ON SHAPE SELECTION A Square Back Chair Cover will fit on either a square or round back chair of the similar size, while a Round Back Chair Cover will only fit on round back chairs. Smaller hire companies not yet in a position to carry a complete range of sizes will often just carry Square Back Chair Covers initially knowing that these will fit on either of these standard basic shapes. Obviously there are compromises in appearance when a Square Back Chair Cover is used on a round back chair. In many cases this combination will work quite well but depending on the size and shape of the chair the seat top corners may sag a little. Ultimately using Round Back Chair Covers on round back chairs will produce the nest looking result. HELP! Selecting the best size and shape of chair cover for your requirements can be a daunting task as can weighing up the pros and cons of standard versus custom chair covers. This includes a beautiful organza wrap for every chair, in the colour of your choice. Because we operate out of Manchester, we are pleased to be able to offer our services to all venue locations within a set catchment area of Lancashire, Greater Manchester or Yorkshire. We do not charge any Dessing charges, if you are out with our 5 mile radius we will charge you an additional 20.00 for delivery and collection service. Payment Options On booking we require 100 deposit and the balance paid 14 days in advance of your event. You have three ways to pay. We are happy to accept cheques made payable to A1 Balloons 2 Go, , you can pay over the internet via Paypal or transfer payment directly into our account. N.B. Any bookings taken for any further than 18 months in advance will pay the current rate but a 50% deposit will be required on booking. Terms & Conditions of Hire 1. All equipment remains the property of the A1 Balloons 2 Go, Manchester. 2. During the period the goods are on hire the Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods and shall be alone responsible for insuring the goods from time of acceptance of goods until return and acceptance of goods back into the possession of the Owner. 3. The Owner shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any goods under hire. 4. In the case of non-account customers, a refundable sum of money is payable, in addition to the hire charges, and at the Owners option may be used towards any monies due from the Hirer to the Owner. It is only refundable after the deduction of all such monies. 5. Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value, details of which are available on request and no substitute item will be accepted by A1 Balloons 2 Go, Manchester. The Owner reserves the right to also charge the Hirer loss of profit on the lost future hire of the said goods. The Hirer may request in writing the return (and bear the cost thereof) of any damaged goods within 14 days of the Hirer being informed in writing of any such damage. Otherwise the said items will be disposed of. 6. When the goods on hire are collected by or delivered to the Hirer or his representative, the Hirer shall inspect the goods and sign the Owners collection/delivery note. In the event of shortage or damage the Hirer shall endorse the note accordingly at the time of collection or delivery. If the Hirer fails to perform any of his obligations under this condition, any goods will be deemed to have been collected/delivered in a satisfactory condition. 7. Goods must be available for collection at the delivery address unless otherwise arranged. All deliveries and collections including aborted deliveries and collections will be charged for. 8. Prices quoted are for one days hire only apart from day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between the Owner and the Hirer. 9. Wet table linen or Chair Covers must not be placed in plastic bags as it may be attacked by mildew and will then be chargeable at the full replacement cost. 10. Table linen/Chair Covers which has been dragged on the floor or placed on earthen ground and are damaged beyond repair will be charged for at full replacement costs. 11. In the event of cancelled bookings, a cancellation charge will be levied by the Owner, at 25% of the value of the estimated order if cancelled in writing to the Owner within 8 weeks of the event. 12. Final payment is required in full 4 weeks prior to the event. Please note if payment is not received within the terms and conditions of payment, we will presume that our services are no longer required and a cancellation charge of 25% of the estimated amount including delivery charge will be invoiced. 13. Any unpaid cancellation charges after 30 days of invoice will be passed to a Collections Company who will act on our behalf and charges will be added to your account.
