Delivery & Set-Up

A1 Balloons 2 Go inflate and sculpture your celebration balloons prior to delivering your order direct to your venue. We communicate with the event organisers direct at your venue to organise suitable delivery / set-up times.

We charge a standard local delivery charge of £ 10.00 outside a 5 mile radius, an additional .35p a mile is accumulated and a quotation may need to be requested. This charge includes direct set-up at your venue (venue permitting). If set-up is unsuitable with the venue on arrival, venue staff are accommodating and will put out the decorations when the room is set-up to their satisfaction.

Our service frees the worry of transportation of your balloons and ensures that each decoration reaches you in pristine condition.

NOTE PLEASE
"If you are collecting your balloons yourself, it is important that with Jumbo Foil Lettering and Numerals, that you refrain from using heaters in your car IN cold weather and use your transports air conditioning in hot weather, as helium balloon gas expands in heat and could cause your balloons to burst".
